Refunds and cancellations
How deposits, cancellations, and incomplete document packs are handled for Shoreline consultations.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to consultation fees and deposits paid directly to Shoreline Wealth Advisory. We do not sell investment products through this site, so product cooling-off rules for packaged investments are outside these terms.
Timeframe
Cancel a booked consultation in writing (email) at least five working days before the first scheduled session for a full refund of fees paid for that engagement, less any non-refundable third-party report costs already incurred with your written consent.
Full and partial refunds
If you cancel fewer than five working days before the first session, the 40% booking deposit is retained and any balance paid for undelivered sessions is refunded. If we have already issued a written plan, fees for work completed are not refundable; unused follow-up time may be credited for 30 days.

Process
Email hello@infrascale.digital with your name, engagement date, and reason for the request. We confirm the refund amount within five working days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 10 working days of confirmation.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least three working days’ notice. Further reschedules may incur a £75 diary fee. We may reschedule for adviser illness; you may then accept a new date or receive a full refund of unused fees.
Deposits
The 40% deposit secures diary time for wealth planning and similar flagship work. It is applied to the final invoice if the engagement completes.
No-shows
If you miss a session without notice, that session is treated as delivered for fee purposes. A replacement session may be offered at our discretion.
Work already started
Once document review has begun, fees reflect time spent even if you later pause the engagement. We will itemise completed stages before any partial refund.
Exceptions
If we cannot deliver the agreed consultation within a reasonable time for reasons within our control, you may cancel for a full refund of sums paid for undelivered work.
