Advice relationship
Website content is general information about UK financial advice and consulting. It is not personalised advice. A client relationship begins only when we issue a written engagement letter and you accept it.
Intellectual property
Text, layout, and branding on this site belong to Shoreline Wealth Advisory or its licensors. You may not copy materials for commercial use without written permission. Written plans prepared for you remain subject to the engagement letter’s confidentiality and reuse clauses.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you take solely on the basis of general website content. For paid consultations, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom as applicable in Northern Ireland and, where relevant, England and Wales or Scotland for clients resident there. Courts of the United Kingdom have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
